Do you offer International Shipping?

We only offer shipping Inside the United States. We plan to Expand Internationally within the next few months. .

My Order Has not Arrived Yet?

Provide us with the order tracking number and we will do our  best to figure out the issue.

Can I exchange an Item?

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. By processing a return and sending your item(s) back, you will receive a refund for the net price of your item(s). the Dreamer Brand is not responsible for the cost of shipping a new order once your return has been processed.

Can I get a Refund?

Yes, we do give refunds as long as the product has not been opened or if the product was damaged. You will be refunded within the first 30 days of purchase.
